Barrels, actions, stocks, and finishing, from a single drop-off.
Your barrel is fitted to the action and chambered for your caliber. The barrel is indicated to within two ten-thousandths of an inch in the throat area, the tenon is threaded, bore runout is checked, and the breech is cut. We pre-bore, chamber, and set headspace, then crown the muzzle and install the barrel. Caliber marking is included.

The bore is indicated to within two ten-thousandths of an inch, the muzzle is threaded, and a new crown is cut. We use the same two-point indicating method as our chambering work, which matters if you run a suppressor.
Remove the scope and rings before you bring the rifle in.
The receiver is indicated off the raceway, and the locking lugs and face are trued. The threads are cleaned, and the bolt is indicated off its body with its lugs trued. The thread size is not enlarged, so standard threads still work.

Steel putty bedding (Devcon 10110) applied over a very thin spray-on release agent for a precise fit. Tikka and CZ rimfire bed jobs include a new recoil lug made from tool steel.
Flush cups, sling studs, ARCA and bipod rails, and barrel and bottom-metal inletting, among other stock work.
H-Series, FX, and Elite-series Cerakote, with careful prep and air filtration. Fit tolerances are considered throughout, so the finish doesn't get in the way of the parts.
